Keith Ryan
Chairman – FSM Group

A seasoned executive in the aviation services industry with over 30 years of expertise in strategic leadership and operational excellence. Throughout his accomplished career, he has held senior leadership positions across multiple aviation service companies, ultimately being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG) in 2002.

During his tenure at ASIG (2002–2012), Keith was responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision and financial performance, overseeing operations at 71 airports across North America, Europe, and Asia. Under his leadership, ASIG successfully executed multiple acquisitions, launched new ventures, and expanded its distribution network, solidifying its position as a leading provider in the industry.

Now, as a Partner at FSM Group, Keith is spearheading the company’s expansion into the United States, enhancing its service portfolio to deliver a comprehensive range of solutions to the aviation fuel industry. His extensive expertise and visionary leadership will be instrumental in advancing FSM Group’s growth and strengthening its impact in the market.

Colin Ryan
President – FSM Group

Leading the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence. Since joining FSM in 2015 as Director of Operations, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in the aviation fueling industry.

In 2016, Colin spearheaded the acquisition and integration of C.D. Hallock Trucking, marking FSM Group’s entry into the U.S. aviation fueling market. This milestone positioned FSM at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), the world’s busiest airport, in partnership with Delta Air Lines. Under his leadership, FSM has successfully launched operations at ATL and expanded into five additional airports.

With a deep focus on operational oversight, logistics, and commercial strategy, Colin continues to drive FSM Group’s growth while overseeing its wholly owned subsidiary, C.D. Hallock Trucking. With over a decade of experience in aviation supply logistics and fuel services, he remains committed to strengthening FSM’s position as a leader in the industry.

Patrick Callan
Chief Financial Officer – FSM Group

Patrick joined FSM Group as CFO in 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His long-standing relationship with Delta Air Lines, 16 years of experience in the industry, and his background in commercial airline finance, supply chain management, and fuel management makes him a powerful addition to the FSM Group’s Leadership Team.

Patrick has extensive experience in jet fuel procurement and operations, including into-plane fueling and fuel consortium leadership. He has also held industry leadership positions with A4A and IATA.

Patrick holds a B.S.E in Marine Engineering & Naval Architecture from the University of Michigan as well as an MBA in Finance & Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Rich Piper, MBA
Vice President of Finance – FSM Group

Rich Piper is a seasoned financial leader with over 25 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance. He entered the aviation services industry in 2004 with Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG), where he held multiple financial and accounting roles, ultimately serving as Senior Manager of FP&A.

Following ASIG’s acquisition by Menzies Aviation in February 2017, Rich played a critical role in both the pre-acquisition and post-acquisition transition teams, ensuring seamless financial integration. In August 2017, he joined FSM Group LLC as Director of Finance and now serves as Vice President of Finance, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and growth initiatives. His expertise continues to drive FSM Group’s financial strength and operational success.

David W. Cooler
Senior Vice President, Operations

David is a seasoned aviation professional with over 35 years of expertise in airport, FBO, and airline operations. His extensive experience spans budget development, administration, mergers and acquisitions, station start-ups, customer service, safety initiatives, sales, and marketing.

A dynamic and results-driven leader, David excels in operational analysis and identifying growth opportunities. His strategic approach enhances competitive performance, improves efficiency, and drives cost reductions. Known for his strong interpersonal and motivational skills, he is an effective communicator who fosters collaboration and leadership excellence.

Throughout his distinguished career, David has held executive management roles at Butler Aviation, BBA Aviation (Signature Flight Support and Aircraft Service International Group), and Quantem Aviation. In addition to his industry accomplishments, he is a proud veteran of the United States Naval Reserve.

Clint Lonon
Senior Vice President, M&O Facilities – FSM Group

With 30 years of experience in commercial aviation fuel services, Clint Lonon is a seasoned industry professional who has held numerous leadership and technical roles in both on-airport and off-airport fuel systems.

Clint has managed Maintenance & Operations (M&O) across some of the nation’s largest airports and ports, including MCO, HKPT, CFPL, TPA, RSW, DEN, and ATL. His expertise extends to overseeing marine shipments, truck racks, pipelines, ground support equipment (GSE) fuel storage, and into-plane fueling.

With a deep technical understanding of fuel system start-ups, inventory management, quality control, hydrant systems, pipeline operations, and capital projects, Clint ensures seamless execution in every expansion initiative, driving efficiency and operational excellence.

Bryan Buck
Vice President, Operations

Bryan is a dynamic, solutions-driven aviation professional with over 30 years of experience in both operations and administration. His ability to grasp the “big picture” of commercial aviation makes him a valuable asset in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Throughout his career, Bryan has held leadership roles across various sectors of commercial aviation, including hub operations, general aviation, and airline services throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Since joining FSM Group in 2018, he has played a key role in start-ups, acquisitions, and transitions. His back-to-basics approach, combined with his deep industry expertise, makes him particularly well-suited for leading startup and transitional projects, ensuring seamless execution and operational success.

Jamie Mann
Vice President, Health, Safety & Environment – FSM Group

With over 25 years of industry experience, Jamie Mann brings a wealth of expertise to FSM Group, LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and has built a diverse career spanning environmental compliance, fuel operations, and commercial jet fuel sales.

Jamie began her career in Texas, supporting Dow Chemical Company and Exxon in remediation and air quality compliance. After relocating to Colorado, she established the Denver office of an environmental consulting firm, providing services to British Petroleum, CVR Energy, and Valero before joining Suncor Energy. At Suncor, she played a pivotal role in environmental compliance, tank farm maintenance and operations, yield/loss accounting, and managing the full fuel supply chain from production to delivery for airlines and commercial customers. She also led Suncor’s U.S. commercial jet fuel sales through the pandemic, navigating complex market challenges.

Since joining FSM Group, LLC in April 2022, Jamie has leveraged her extensive expertise to ensure the safe fueling of the aviation industry while upholding environmental responsibility and operational excellence.

Michele Parisi
Vice President, Human Resource

Michele joined FSM Group in 2023 as the VP of Human Resources. Michele joined the FSM Team after working with World Fuel Services, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Amgen in Senior HR Roles.

Michele has extensive experience in a range of industries, organizations of different sizes and structures. She is an accomplished strategic business partner to all levels from C-suite to front-line leaders and can lead, coach and develop talent through organization transformation.

Michele earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and her bachelor’s degree in International Business and Spanish from William Jewell College.
